DUI Task Force Releases Holiday Results

On Saturday, July 3, 2021, officers of the Blair County DUI Task Force made their presence known locally by conducting a DUI roving patrol.

The following results are from the detail:

• 94 individual contacts

• 47 warnings issued for vehicular violations

• 20 citations issued for vehicular violations

• 2 alcohol DUI arrests

• 1 drug DUI arrest

• 3 other misdemeanor arrests

• 6 arrest warrants served

• 2 summary non-traffic arrests

Police remind drivers to remember that “friends don’t let friends drive impaired.”...
