Pulled Pork Dinner

The Lions Club is sponsoring a Pulled Pork Dinner on Sunday, July 18. It will be takeout only from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meal consists of pulled pork, a roll, cole slaw and baked beans. Pickup will be at Riverside Park. Contact any Lions Club member or Facebook message Julie Verbonitz Foreso or pick up tickets at River Valley Custom Apparel.

Farm Show Queen Contest

The Farm Show is still looking for competitors for the following pageant titles: Farm Show Queen, Farm Show Little Miss, and Farm Show Princess. Applications are due July 15. Contact Macy Walason at (814) 505-7646 for more information.

Walking History Tour

There will be a Williamsburg Walking History Tour this Saturday, July 10, at 9:30 a.m. This event will be part of the weekly Trail Town Market. Participants are asked to meet at the gazebo at 9:30 a.m.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School will be held at the United Methodist Church on West 2nd Street in Williamsburg the week of Aug. 2 through Aug. 6. It will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. The theme is “Treasured, Discovering You’re Priceless to God!”

Children ages 3 through entering 6th grade in the fall are welcome. Treasured is being sponsored by the United Methodist Church and the Zion Lutheran Church for all children of the community.
