How COVID-19 Affected the Cove's Libraries

The director of Martinsburg Community Library, Danette Feathers, said that the library shut down due to COVID-19 on March 13, 2020. No one was allowed on the property for 10 weeks, though Feathers still checked on the library every Monday during these weeks. Feathers worked from home and came up with needed policies to work through the pandemic.
