Township’s Oldest Man Dies

The oldest citizen of Nowth Woodbhury Township, John H. Mock, dies at the age of 88 years, 11 months and 13 days. Cause of death was neuralgia of the heart. His wife of 64 years, the former Christina Baker, survived, along with three of their eight children.

Prof. J.T. Whitaker, an instructor at the Central State Normal School at Lock Haven, was home on vacation, accompanied by his friend, Prof. Wm. Merriman of Lock Haven.
