A Baltimore, Md., man has been arrested following a fatal accident on Friday, Aug. 6, on Route 36 in Bedford County.

Anthony M. Satterfield, 22, of Baltimore, Md., was arrested by Pa. State Police, Bedford, on Aug. 8, 2021, following an interview.

State police have charged Satterfield with homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle, recklessly endangering another person, DUI, driving without a license and summary charges.

Police said that Satterfield went to the PSP Bedford station for an interview and “admitted to smoking marijuana and driving the vehicle.”
