The Blair County junior Livestock Show and Sale went underway the morning of Aug. 16, despite gloomy skies overhead. Participants were busy feeding, washing and preparing their animals as they awaited their show times.
Rabbits were shown in the morning while the remaining classes were scheduled for the afternoon.
This venue has been an annual community event for over 70 years, adding additional animal classes over the years.
