Bedford County Man Publishes 'Our Bedford County Civil War Soldiers'

Kevin Mearkle of Mattie has been working on his unique book for close to four years. Mearkle, in cooperation with the Bedford County Historical Society, has done intense research to identify an accurate account of Bedford County Civil War soldiers and counties contributing to the war including residents who enlisted in other places.
