A Martinsburg man is one of the main organizers of the upcoming Flight 93 Memorial Dedication weekend. Keith Newlin, 53, who has lived in Martinsburg since 1997, is the superintendent of the National Parks of Western Pennsylvania, which includes the Flight 93 National Memorial near Shanksville in Somerset County.
