Latest Mask Mandate Sparks One Family's Peaceful Protest

Justin Garner (shown) and his family spoke out to those passing by in Claysburg on Saturday, Sept. 4. Garner, his spouse and children, held signs to oppose the mask mandate to affect Claysburg schools starting Sept. 7.

According to Garner, he believes it is "an unlawful order of mandated masks on children. We are told it is law but it is not. The secretary of health for Pennsylvania issued the message.
