Woodbury Township Discusses Financial Security

For the last few months when residents of Woodbury Township would bring plans into township, questions often arise of financial security. Financial security is when the resident who is building has to provide backup funds for labor and materials at prevailing wage to the township until a project is completed and subsequently is observed to make sure it is up to township specifications.
