Joanne Louise Williams

Joanne Louise Williams, 70, of rural Williamsburg, formerly of Towson, MD, passed away Tuesday morning, Aug. 31, 2021, at UPMC Altoona.

She was born Oct. 9, 1950, in Altoona, daughter of Rev. Daniel E. Jr. and Ethel N. (Fry) Williams.

She is survived by two sisters: Charlotte M. Irvin (Gary) and Debbie K. Fay (Dennis) both of Williamsburg; close friend and companion, Bill Hearn of rural Williamsburg; four nieces: Jill, Joy, Jamie and Kelly; and two nephews: Bradley and Scott.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Raymond E. Williams.
