Kathleen Hull Mitchell

Kathleen Hull Mitchell, 94, of Martinsburg, passed away peacefully Sept. 4, 2021, at The Village at Morrisons Cove.

The oldest of two children, Kathleen was born Dec. 2, 1926, to the late Ralph E.D. and Belva (Graham) Hull of Westminster, Maryland.
