Councilmen Quit in W-burg

Four members of Williamsburg Borough Council – President Herman Anderson, Vice President Robert Miller, Richard Hoy and Glenn Bumgardner – resigned, as did borough secretary Donna Showalter and sewage treatment plant operator Wayne McKnight. The resignations came after a squabble at the August meeting over the water billing system and the sewage treatment plant operation.
