Teachers Protest Pay Freeze

A group of Spring Cove teachers protested a salary freeze instituted by the school board. The board cited an order by the Presidential Cost of Living Council, and there was some discussion over the specifics of the order. The board promised to seek more information before reaching an official decision.

Dr. Marion Morelli was unanimously elected president of the re-organized Williamsburg Borough Council, and Charles Kelly was named vice president.
