Notice is hereby given that the Blair County Board of Commissioners intends to apply for a Community Development Block Grant from the Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) and has scheduled the required Second Public Hearing to obtain citizen comments on the proposed use of the FY2021 CDBG funds as follows:
