NPC Owner, Chairman to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award

After receiving the Blair County Chamber of Commerce’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Business Excellence in 2020, Mark Barnhart will finally be honored at the 2021 award ceremony.

Barnhart is the owner and chairman of the board at NPC in Claysburg.

The award ceremony will take place on Monday, Oct. 18, at the Casino at Lakemont Park in Altoona.

Barnhart will be the 19th recipient of this award.
