Curwensville was late arriving at Northern Bedford for Friday night’s ICC matchup. They were also late in getting started as the Panthers shell shocked the Golden Tide with a 28-point flurry in the first quarter enroute to a 41-20 victory.
NB opened the game with an 80 yard, 11 play drive culminating in a Kainen Brown 2 yard TD plunge. Just five plays later, Mason Detterline blocked a Jake Mullins punt giving NB the ball at the 2 yard line.
