Community Banker Elected to the 2021 ICBA Federal Delegate Board

The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) today announced that community banker Troy M. Campbell, President and CEO of Altoona First Savings Bank was elected to the ICBA Federal Delegate Board. ICBA is the nation’s voice for community banks.
