Panthers Dominate In 34-7 Backyard Brawl Win

Northern Bedford thoroughly dominated the first three quarters of Friday nights “backyard brawl” rivalry, enroute to a 34-7 victory.

The Panthers, now 6-3 overall, used a combination of the run and pass to score 5 unanswered touchdowns.

Kainen Brown plowed in for NB’s first TD from 6 yards out and Ashton Detterline scored on a 2-yard run after an errant TM punt snap gave the Panthers a short field. Collin Yeatts tacked on both PAT kicks and NB held a 14-0 lead at the end of one quarter.
