Blair County Dog Park held a "Howl-O-Ween" event on Oct. 31.
Members and non-members were welcome to bring their dogs to try out the play areas of the park and wear costumes for the Howl-O-Ween parade.
"It was cold, windy, and a little wet, but everyone had a great time," said Roseanne Conrad, president of the dog park.
The Blair County Dog Park is located at 200 Colinkay Court (off Agway Road) in Martinsburg.
