Martinsburg Borough Council Approves Plans for ARP Funds

At its Nov. 1 meeting, Martinsburg Borough Council approved advertising of the 2022 Budget for 10-day public inspection. Within this budget, which was discussed at a special meeting on Oct. 18, there is no tax increase.

The council will advertise tax ordinances that state the following:

• Real Estate Tax for 2022 as 1.967 mills

• Per Capita Tax for 2022 as $5

• Earned Income Tax for 2022 as 1/2 or 1 percent

• Local Services Tax for 2022 as $52
