Morrisons Cove Memorial Park to Hold Christmas Activities Dec. 4

Morrisons Cove Memorial Park will have its annual tree lighting on Saturday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m.

The tree lighting is run by a committee made up of Emily Keith, Brooke Long-Yarrison, and Central Senior Audree Long-Yarrison.

This year, the tree lighting will feature free hot chocolate and cookies.

Brooke, who owns Beaps Surplus and is a park board member and a library board member, will talk briefly as the keynote speaker.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to sing Christmas carols.
