Nason RN Alaina Heeter Awarded Amber Port Memorial Scholarship

Conemaugh Nason Medical Center has awarded Alaina Heeter, RN, the hospital's Amber Port Memorial Scholarship. The $1,000 scholarship was established in 2020 in memory of Amber Port, RN, PACU/SDSU Nurse Manager.

An Imler native and Mount Aloysius College graduate, Heeter joined the hospital as a registered nurse in 2014 and provides care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. She pursued her education while working full-time, and will complete her studies at Maryville University in December to become a family nurse practitioner.
