Kay F. Eckrote

Kay F. Eckrote, 79, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born in Roaring Spring on June 3, 1942, the daughter of Veto and Mary (Kensinger) Sottile. She worked tirelessly to become a registered nurse while raising a family, and worked as an RN at Youngstown Northside Hospital for 30 years before retiring.
