Northern Bedford Black Panthers Fall After Impressive Season

Northern Bedford's run in the PIAA high school football tournament came to an end on a snow-covered field at Clarion University last Friday. After taking a 14-7 lead into halftime, the Panthers were unable to contain Redbank Valley in the second half and the Bulldogs came from behind to notch a 21-14 victory.

Panther Sophomore Adam Johnson led the team on the ground with 33 carries for 115 yards. Sophomore QB Eion Snider went 4-for-8 in the air for 89 yards. Snider also rushed for Northern's two scores. Freshman Aaron Bowers pulled in one reception for 35 yards, Senior Brooks Snider hauled...
