Solving the Deer Sporting Arm Debate

For years, a contentious debate has raged about what sporting arms should be allowed during the various deer seasons. Bickering between bowhunters and crossbow hunters is particularly acrimonious, but this arguing has also involved rifle hunters.

I have a solution to this problem that should make everyone happy.
