Legal Issues Resolved at Authority

A leak out on Ridge Road might have became a legal issue for the Williamsburg Municipal Authority, but Authority voted to accept payment. C&R Boring had installed pipe that was leaking, and the project cost $4265 to fix, with C&R knowing about leak. C&R were willing to pay $3,000 to cover costs. Instead of a legal battle, Authority voted to accept C&R’s payment to cover costs. David Myers made the motion with Chet Bingham seconding, motion passed.
