A torn ACL almost cost Williamsburg High School Senior Krista Simpson both her senior volleyball and basketball seasons. A vigorous workout and physical therapy helped Simpson achieve a miraculous recovery and get herself back on the court before her senior night game, last Wednesday, Jan. 27.
"When I had found out that I tore my ACL playing basketball in the summer, my first thought was that I was not going to be able to play my senior year," Simpson said.
