Rickie W. Reffner, Sr.

Rickie W. Reffner, Sr., 69, of Bedford, passed away Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at UPMC Altoona after a battle with Covid.

He was born Jan. 17, 1953, in Roaring Spring, the son of the late William and Florence (Gray) Reffner. He married Connie M. Ross Nov. 29, 1971.

He is survived by his wife; four children, Rickie W. Reffner, Jr. of Everett, John A. Reffner of Roaring Spring, Stephen P. Reffner of Johnstown, and Christina M.
