REQUEST FOR BIDS - FOOD SERVICE MGMT COMPANY

CLAYSBURG-KIMMEL SCHOOL DISTRICT Attention: Food Service Management Company. The Claysburg-Kimmel School District is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WOODBURY, BLAIR COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, IMPOSING RESTRICTIONS AS TO THE WEIGHT OF VEHICLES OPERATED ON LOWER PINEY CREEK ROAD (T-378), PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS FOR THE MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES OF WEIGHTS IN EXCESS OF SAID RESTRICTIONS; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
