Anyone who has driven through Roaring Spring at around 3 p.m. on a weekday knows how congested it can get, with traffic sometimes backing up as far as McKee.
A traffic safety study by PennDOT of the Route 36 corridor from I-99, Exit 23, to Cross Cove Road, identified areas that could be improved to relieve traffic congestion and reduce the number of accidents.
