Council Asked To Reconsider 'Weak' 2nd Amendment Sanctuary Draft

Don Corl of the Blair County Tea Party attended Martinsburg Borough Council’s monthly meeting to present the council with an alternative draft for a local agreement supporting the Second Amendment.

The original draft was constructed by solicitors across the county. This draft was to be voted on by the municipalities – boroughs, townships, and the county – in Blair County to adopt and intergovernmental agreement making Blair County a Second Amendment sanctuary.

Corl described the original draft as “feckless,” “weak,” and “limp-wristed.”
