Bloom Hair Salon Ready to Open

Bloom Hair Salon owner Kayla Detwiler always knew she wanted to open a salon.

"I remember writing a paper in high school on what you wanted to do after graduation, and it was always the same answer – opening a salon," Detwiler said.

The salon, located on 2nd Street, is hoping to be ready to open by tomorrow, March 25. Detwiler will be strictly by-appointment in the beginning and then will designate walk-in hours.
