Southern Cove Rod And Gun Benefit a Success

Southern Cove Rod and Gun Club in New Enterprise held a benefit shotgun shoot on April 3. This was to help a member who had been a victim of COVID with complications.

There were 128 shooters in this event and many more family and friends who were not shooting supported this event. Prizes were given such as baskets, a small handgun and a small refrigerator. Games of chance were well loved, as was the 50/50 that was worth over $250.

A total of $7,500 was raised by this benefit.
