Fleeing Charges Against East Freedom Man Headed to County Court

An East Freedom man accused of leading police on a chase has waived his charges to Blair County court.

Scott M. Davis Sr., 44, is facing felony fleeing to elude police and misdemeanor counts of driving under a suspended license and recklessly endangering another person after police said he failed to pull over for a traffic stop and led police on a chase.
