Memorial Day is fast approaching, and if you’re like me – invited to a BBQ or hosting one of your own – the question always arises: what can I make or bring? My family and I had our first cookout of the season last Sunday that was highlighted with beer can chicken, parmesan potatoes, salad and strawberry cheesecake poke cake. This inspired my article this week – two recipes that you can take to any Memorial Day picnic.

Easy Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

20 oz. bag cheese tortellini

1 cup pesto

1 – 23 oz. container marinated mozzarella

1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half...
