Head Lifeguard Ethan Dilling looks small compared to the deep end of the pool.
Slowly, progress is being made to ready the Hershberger Memorial Pool for the 2022 summer opening.
According to the park's website, the pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.
