Claysburg Couple Found Dead in Home

Blair County Coroner Patricia Ross has identified the couple found dead in their Claysburg home on May 24.

According to Ross, Orville W. Smith, 85, and Wanda L. Smith, 84, were discovered in their Polecat Hollow, Greenfield Township, home following a welfare check. Ross said the couple had been battling health issues and ruled the deaths a murder-suicide.
