Bill Shaw of Blank Book and Vince Pote of Keith Electrical Services of Roaring Spring use a boat on Wednesday to help Gabe Mingle of Keith Electrical Services switch out old light bulbs with new LED light bulbs. The work is part of an upgrade to the Spring Dam Fountain.
A new pump system will be put in soon.
