NBC Elementary Student Council Gets Buddy Bench

The NBC Elementary School Student Council for the class of 2027 has planned and raised money to purchase Buddy Benches for the elementary school playground.

A Buddy Bench is a place where students can sit if they are lonely, sad, or just having a bad day. When a student sits on the bench, other students will see them and ask if they want to play, talk, or maybe just sit quietly with them so they're not alone.
