Noise Ordinance Questioned at Woodbury

Residents complained about noise violations during last Thursday evening’s Woodbury Township meeting. A resident said that there were very loud fireworks set off over the past Memorial Day weekend as well as carbide and acetylene bombs. The resident said that those who set off bombs and fireworks must have known about ordinance because they were done by 11 p.m. The resident asked if anything could be done as she has to sedate her animals. Solicitor Aimee Willett said she would take a look at noise ordinance and offer suggestions to the township at an upcoming meeting.
