Spring Dam to See Upgrades this Summer

The Spring Dam Fountain upgrade project is almost complete. The town and Blank Book CEO Dan Hoover are looking to get the fountain back to its old glory.

“I feel obligated to maintain the fountain,” Hoover said, “I have owned the property with other people for a long time now.”

The fountain is out of commission right now as they continue to work on it. According to Hoover, as he looked out to the retention pond toward the vacant hole where the water normally spouts out, they are adding new pumps and light fixtures.
