On June 23, 2022, Alpha Beta Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society met in Everett at the Spring House Estates. President Becky Johnen opened the meeting by thanking members for their contributions to education and the chapter during her first two years as president.
In chapter business, Linda Clapper commended the group for making 84 blankets to date for local organizations and asked them to donate school supplies at the Aug. 9 meeting for the backpack program at the Bedford County Children and Youth.
Candace Claar was honored upon her achieving her doctorate in education.
