Borough Contacts Dollar General Store for Reimbursement

The Williamsburg Borough, Catharine and Woodbury townships, the Williamsburg School District and Blair County have been tossing around the idea of the LERTA program. LERTA, the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance, is a tax abatement program created in PA authorizing local municipalities and townships to give a tax break for five years to new construction. This program seeks to draw residents and businesses to the area.
