What do you think of when you think of fair food? There’s so much to think about – deep fried Oreo, caramel apples, and especially funnel cakes. Each week this month, I am going to share a special fair recipe so even when it’s not Farm Show week, you can bring the fair right to your kitchen.

Ingredients:

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt
