Blair Drug & Alcohol Partnerships Sponsoring Recovery Walk

Nationally, we are seeing a movement that has provided encouragement to speak out regarding the process of recovery from addiction. People in recovery represent many walks of life, yet have one thing in common: the desire to share the hope with others.

Rise for Recovery, Blair County started as a way to support the recovering community in organizing the voice and face of recovery locally. Stigma is not gone, but the hope is that through this effort, locally, the message can be changed.
