Putting cows on the front page since 1885.
At the North Woodbury Township meeting in July, representatives from Spring Manor Mobile Home Park were present. Herb Fisher, owner of the park; Ed Bellock, engineer; and Scott Rhoades were there to discuss the expansion of the park. It has been 47 years since a land development plan was adopted.
After discussion, it was decided that a new plan is not required. What is needed is a stormwater management plan. It must be submitted for review by the township supervisors. The developer will also have to comply with all Department of Environmental Protection requirements as well as soil and erosion requirements before the expansion can be approved.
The owner noted that plans are for driveways in the addition, but there will be no new streets added.
