Jay R. Butler

Jay R. Butler, 88, of Roaring Spring, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Cambria Care Center.

He was born Aug. 29, 1933, in Roaring Spring, son of the late Harvey and Pearle (Kennedy) Butler. He married Betty J. Parks, who preceded him in death in 2015.

He is survived by two daughters: LouAnn Brown and husband, Brian and Georgia Lee Lower and friend, Robin Salyards.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Bobbi Jo in 1966 and siblings: Mae Fagans, Shirley Biddle, and Janet Berkheimer.
