James Biddle of the Williamsburg FFA, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Edward Biddle of Williamsburg captured first place in the tractor driving competition at the Bedford Fair. He brought home both the fair trophy and the Blair County FFA tractor driving championship trophy.
