'Top Gun' Receives Driver of the Year Award at Smith

nsport hosted a ceremony to honor the 2021 Driver of the Year, Michael "Top Gun" Fields and his wife, Kim.

Fields started his professional driving career with Smith Transport in April 1996 after being referred to the company by his mentor, Bob Raley.

Fields has had many roles over the last 26 years and was specifically chosen to create and establish a dedicated lane for a service sensitive customer and was immediately recognized for his professionalism and dedication to both safety and service.
